Nutrition Basics
Available both virtually or in-person, our nutrition basics session will evaluate your current dietary habits, establish personalized goals, and develop a structured plan to reach your desired outcome. Sessions are led by Chef Jess, a formally educated & trained nutritionist.
Plant-Based Cooking, 1 on 1
Learn all of the fundamental plant-based cooking skills. Whether you are looking to learn basic knife techniques, how to stock your pantry with bulk staples and spices, easy big batch cooking, or more involved multi-course meals - we are here to share our expertise and guide your growth.
Baking with Whole Foods
Explore basic and more detailed techniques to crafting delicious baked goods using whole foods. Think fruit sweetened black bean brownies, gluten-free zucchini muffins and elaborate raw cakes.
