Jessica Eaton

Owner, Head Chef

Chef Jess is a Portland, ME native who relocated to the Big Island in 2021. Her cooking journey began while studying Nutrition Sciences at North Carolina State University. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Nutrition, she went on to receive a Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate from the esteemed T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies at Cornell University. Jess is passionate about creating and sharing whole food, plant based food that will uplift your body and spirit. She has impacted many clients who “didn’t know vegan could taste and feel so good”. With her educational background, Jess is equipped and committed to serving well-rounded, nutritious meals. Her dishes are both light and energizing, yet hearty and comforting. Jess embodies her purpose of spreading her knowledge and skills on whole food, plant based cooking by providing a variety of services that empower others to nourish themselves in ways that are healing for the body and the Earth.
